Writing an Opinion

The purpose of this post is to cover writing elements that are specific to the “Opinion” content type. Before continuing, you should read the General Post Writing post.

Opinion content types are fairly easy to do, usually just a matter of copy/pasting the article body into the text editor. There are two additional fields available:

  • “Further Reading” should contain links to external content, and it displays below the article body.
  • “Person” should be the author’s name, title and organisation. It does not display directly on the article, but it is used in place of the excerpt in some situations.

Otherwise, that’s it.
