Here is an overview of EurActiv’s event video services:
We take an interview approach to creating our event videos – filming interviews with the key speakers and/or participants of the event and editing a short, dynamic highlights clip which summarises the key messages. We can also deliver edited clips of individual interviews and/or speeches from the event.
Once approved by the client, we distribute the highlights video on EurActiv as a promoted video, which brings added visibility of the video to our target audience of policy makers and the broader policy community. Depending on editorial interest, we might publish one or more of the additional clips, but we don’t promise this.
We have two set prices, based on the amount of production work and the level of distribution.
Our Standard Event Video package is 5,000 euro and includes:
– Filming up to 5 interviews
– Filming up 2 speeches or panel debates
– Filming cutaway and atmosphere shots
– Editing a highlights clip
– Editing individual interview and speech clips, as requested
– Publishing the highlights clip on EurActiv and featuring it on the homepage and on the relevant policy section(s)
Our Premium Event Video package is 10,000 euro and includes:
– Filming up to 10 interviews
– Filming up to 5 speeches or panel debates
– Filming cutaway and atmosphere shots
– Editing a highlights clip
– Editing individual interview and speech clips, as requested
– Publishing the highlights clip on EurActiv and featuring it on the homepage and the relevant policy section(s)
